Do I need to conduct a flight training session? I fly with mouse & keyboard. The trick is to learn the characteristics of the heli you're piloting. For precise movements such as take off and landing, I use keyboard only in 3rd person. For fast flights to get from point A to point B as quickly as possible, I use keyboard for throttle and mouse for control and in 1st person. Anyone who's seen me fly in server can tell you I generally travel at max speed. I used to fly along coast road of Chernarus at around 320km/h at about 15m off the deck. FWIW, there's a way to keep the mouse from affecting your helicopter so you don't have to worry about it causing issues while learning. Double tap left alt and you'll be in free-look mode. In this mode, the mouse will just move the camera and not your control surfaces. Q=throttle up, z=throttle down, wsad for directional, x and c for rotation while hovering.

Dang, should be pretty future proof for a while. Mine's pretty much unchanged except the addition of a mSata.

I'm hoping the $900 price tag is for the .308 class version. That's just asinine to pay that much for a 'run-of-the-mill' AR15. I'll have to find my 'receipts', but I'm pretty sure I'm into mine for less than $900 including the optic Ok, I was wrong. $1145.38 all in. But it's not a standard M4.

Can you explain how that is any different than any other AR15/AR10 platform? Gas piston might be the only thing different. ( I can't click the link, work filters) It looks like a semi-standard 16" AR. Ho-hum. Bass Pro sent me a flier today with a windham armory AR15(m4 specish) for $550.

Wow, it's getting OLD. Not much has changed, now have 16gb of the same ram as before, and a 500gb mSata now carries my OS. Same two monitors as before, but using the 'newer' one as it's hdmi and not DVI.
