Update 12.17.17 General questions.

This is directed more towards @Dane, since I know he is the one posting the changelog. 

First time so I'm not sure of what to expect.

Should we expect a complete wipe of vehicles and bases? If not is there anything that we, as the players, can do to help smooth the transition or protect our assets?

Hopefully this will answer a couple questions from others as well.

There will be no wipe, I will transfer the database. I'll need a day or two to transfer all the prestige vehicles over to the proper tables ( only for the auto prestige shop )
