Fuzzywumple

Hi, I was on another Exile server and a bambi was able to spawn an ATV through his XM8. The ATV would despawn if the player moved more than 100m from the ATV. It was non-saleable and great to get back to your corpse. Was wondering if we could implement anything like this on our server.
