Fell off a mountain

OK, hopefully i can get some help here..
i am on the SE server, and was out looking for obsidian with my rex (Wednesday)... A sandstorm blew in, and instead of staying put, i thought we could make it back down the hill, fell off a cliff, and landed in one of those holes you cant get out of..
i tried to walk us out of the hole, i tried jumping off and having it follow, but fell in another hole.. ack..
Any way any mod, admin, someone, could help me out? would just cut losses and tame another, but just to abandon a 331 rex.... or am i just SOL?
