I have looked into this briefly with my limited knowledge and all I found was several instances of disappearing / blown up Vics. Now i'm sure these can be worked out in time as this mod is constantly in development but as of now without alot of dev time this would cause more hassle than it is ultimately worth

Air 2 Km
Land 5 Km
And then maybe a mission cool down? Say 10 minutes - don't know about enforcement on this maybe quite tricky

This is a known issue.
It is a bohemia interactive issue that cannot be fixed unless permissions of a folder are edited which could break the server completely and also the box it runs on.
If you or any other player has details on actions just before the freeze could post below that would be great

The Humanity Exchange (HE) is a service where you can exchange hard earned humanity for extra vehicles, upgrades and skins (e.g. a UN skin. Custom skins coming soon™), this is similar to the prestige system on the Arma 3 server

This can be done but is very annoying to code and add, required two bat files and serveral hive.ini files but I can do it if this is favourable

Restarts are 6 hours on Arma 2.
Finally at night time, AI without NVG and zombies will struggle to see you, you can do a red mission from 300M away and they can't see you.
Feel free to discuss this below, I will put the vote on hold for now, at least until an optimal solution can be found I personally don't want people to be able to abuse the day/night system.
