Dane the @Exile file in the Steam Workshop is Exile 1.0.3

When trying to connect to OGG servers thru A3 launcher it will auto download the updated Exile file 1.0.4 to either your documents or game folder. X8 and Dane will update the servers soon, but in the meantime start using your Arma 3 Steam launcher. To get that ready first go into the Steam Workshop and subscribe to the @Exile in the Arma 3 area of the Workshop. Hop on teamspeak and their should be someone there to assist you if you are not sure how to do this

Jamey sit down take a few deep breaths, now before you go off on Colin let me explain our point of view. The server rules are there for a reason and it is the PLAYERS role to read and understand and follow (also Admins) the rules. Read the rules again and remember them so as to keep yourself in line with them. It is for you and Admins to follow them and be thankful you have good Admins to watch over the server to keep playable and fun for all.
And as to Colin's response, it wasn't wrong, I commend him for being a good watchman on the server. I bet next time you leave the server you will make sure you leave your vehicles or gear in a safe place. Lesson learned move on.

I will take a look at this the first chance I get, As far as Zombies and Choppers are concerned that's part of the life on this server you will have to contend with, The choppers come with certain missions not all. If your base is near one of those missions you will have choppers spawning to protect the mission.

Sounds like fun,but MadMax and I like to go in and clear the town house to house, starting from one end to the other with no vehicle support. We die a few times but victory is sweeter at the end. This the way we do it on Malden. Not to forget mention of our faithful sniper doing overwater, who is Aftermath, our hero.

The actions before the freeze was as follows; Just completed a Deadmans Killer mission in front of Capt Kools base and a normal time passed (15 minutes) and another Deadmans Killer mission spawned in front of Glenn's base. Capt Kool was doing the mission and I joined him after he completed mission and was helping him deal with bandits when I noticed the normal nonmovements of players when server shuts down. I logged out and couldn't get back in.

What server?: Arma 2 Overpoch PvE
What happened?: At about 2115pm EST the sever froze and no admins around. It's 45 minutes until scheduled restart so no big deal
How long?: ?
Extra notes: I logged out and it still shows me on server.
Replication: Yes

Goona, thanks for posting this. I can understand your frustration with the other player and you did the right thing of beating up your pillow and not the other player, by bringing this here for us to handle for you. This was brought up at the past meeting we had and we are looking at some solutions.

When buying weapons at Traders, it is recommended to drop newly purchased weapon on ground for it to work. Thanks to Deadman for helping me find the work around for this bug.

I have been on many an Arma 3 servers and can tell you from experience that First Person lock will kill the server over time. Firstly, I can fly and drive in First Person just fine,it just happens to discourage new joiners and new players to the server. My recommendation would be for those wanting First Person Lock to discipline yourself to use First Person only and don't infringe on others from using third person from whoever chooses to use Third Person.
P.S. Third Person is sometimes essential when building for one important reason.

Use the above fix to roll back the latest update until Server is updated. Place this code in the beta code box - - Arma3Legacy158
Once Server is updated just reverse procedure and Opt Out of Beta to Update to new version.
P.S. Validate the casch after selecting the Beta then the files will download and roll back to 1.58.

But before you go to that link, think on this, chasing after the best frame rates is an insatable monster. Don't be displeased with your current FPS if you are able to play. Do try to improve them, but if you aren't successful to the point of satisfaction don't get discouraged, just join the rest of us in that race.

It's not set in stone yet but probably late Saturday night early Sunday is a proposed time. Keep intune with forums and hop on TS to get the latest and updated info.

You are right Dane yesterday the @Exile on Steam Workshop was version 1.0.3 and today it is1.0.4, go figure.
