For numerous transgressions against all people who seek to defend themselves from slavers, and the audacity of the liar Luck Battleblood and his cohorts to waste the resources of the barren outpost that lies in Stortford, in the region of Sleeper's Hammer, I formally declare my intent to annex his outpost for my own, so that the people of the realm shall prosper with continued flow of resources.
