As you may have seen in the shout box on the forums we have added a new tool for our users. This tool will allow you to report any bugs that you have come across. However please don't think that this is the only use for it! This is mainly a tool for users to use when they come across a player or any type of behavior that they think is unfit and or breaking the rules on the specified server or community. Some examples can be seen below:

•  Found a player breaking the rules
  
•  Found an issue with another player that needs to be brought to our attention
  
•  Found an issue with one of our game servers or website
  
•  Have a question about something? This is one way to get an answer
  
•  And more!         
  

The staff hopes that this tool will help make our community better with the input of our users and members alike! So now that you have read this post how do you go about submitting these tickets? You can do so by following the below steps:

       1.   Click on the button below

           

      2.   Click on the "Submit a ticket" button which you can see below

      3. Fill out the pertinent information and hit submit and we shall try to answer your ticket to the best of our ability!
