PFC Joker
I play mostly on my desktop, which I'll post the config of at the bottom but its nothing special as I built it back in 2015.. still holds up though. However, I just bought a laptop after going without one since I sold my Alienware back in 2010. I bought the MSI GE63VR 7RF Raider and LOVE this thing. I wanted to share for the sake of anyone considering a gaming laptop. Man it rocks, plays anything at max and the screen is beautiful. Of course if you're shopping gaming laptops, please understand they are not quiet when you're gaming.. can't quietly cool a tightly contained GTX1070 effectively without some noise. Specs: Intel® Core™ i7-7700HQ 2.8ghz (3.8 Turbo) 32GB (16G*2) DDR4 2400MHz NVIDIA GeForce® GTX1070 (8gb) 512GB SSD M.2 SATA + 1TB (7200RPM) 15.6" FHD (1920*1080), 120Hz 3ms Wideview Steel Series Full-color backlight with Anti-Ghost key+ silver lining 4.8lbs The cons, very minor: The power supply is a brick, weighs more than the laptop. The aluminum finish is nice but is annoying to keep clean if you care about that. Desktop: Phanteks Enthoo Primo Ultimate Chassis (case) MSI Z97 Gaming 7 Motherboard Intel i7 4790k 4ghz CPU Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB 2400MHz RAM 2x Sapphire Radeon R9 290X 4GB GDDR5 TRI-X OC Ver. 3x ASUS VN247H-P 24" LED-Lit Monitors Would be nice to upgrade next year to a Ryzen rig with a large curved monitor but the woman wants more shoes
